Premarital Therapy is an excellent choice before entering into the commitment of marriage. This offers couples the opportunity to learn how to communicate, problem solve, deal with life stressors, and enter into marriage with valuable relationship skills.

Marital Therapy is not only for those who are on the brink of divorce, but also for those who want to improve upon the foundation they have developed throughout their relationship with each other. Marriage therapy allows couples to address issues that couples often struggle with in their relationship including romance, affection, parenting issues, blended families, sexual health, finances, and balancing children, employment, and family responsibilities.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy is available to help family members improve communication, resolve conflicts, address co-parenting issues and find healthy ways to interact. 

Art/Play Therapy

We offer an Art-Play therapy room which offers children the ability to learn how to communicate with others, develop problem solving and conflict resolution skills, how to modify behaviors, connect and relate to others and express their feelings in a healthy and productive manner.  

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

therapy is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been proven effective for the treatment of trauma.

Clinical Supervision

Providers seeking licensure require clinical supervision, which is a service offered in both group or individual settings. 

 Dr. Anderson is an approved supervisor for those seeking licensure as a Psychologist, Marriage & Family Therapist, Professional Counselor/Clinical Counselors or Alcohol & Drug Counselor.    

DBT Skills

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a specific type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

There are 4 modules of DBT: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
