Family Therapy is available to help family members improve communication, resolve conflicts, address co-parenting issues and find healthy ways to interact.
Art/Play Therapy
We offer an Art-Play therapy room which offers children the ability to learn how to communicate with others, develop problem solving and conflict resolution skills, how to modify behaviors, connect and relate to others and express their feelings in a healthy and productive manner.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

Clinical Supervision
Providers seeking licensure require clinical supervision, which is a service offered in both group or individual settings.
Dr. Anderson is an approved supervisor for those seeking licensure as a Psychologist, Marriage & Family Therapist, Professional Counselor/Clinical Counselors or Alcohol & Drug Counselor.
DBT Skills
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a specific type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
There are 4 modules of DBT: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
