Dr. Melissa Anderson has been working in the field of psychology for over 25 years.  She worked and trained in corrections, community mental health, and private practice for ten years before deciding to open her private practice.  She works with all age groups on a variety of issues, including marital and parenting issues, depression and anxiety, grief and loss issues, life transitions, divorce mediation, stress management, addiction and trauma/abuse issues to offer an overview.

Becca Gorder, MA, ATR-P

Becca has been working in the field of mental health for over 7 years.  She specializes in art therapy, working with both children and adults.  She works with clients of all ages addressing PTSD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief and loss, stress management to name a few.  Her experience includes working with Autism, deaf culture, and persons with physical disabilities.

Scott Nielsen, MA

Mental Health Therapist


Scott has a long history of working in the mental health field in varying capacities.  He has experience working with persons of all ages with varying mental health issues. 


He is compassionate about working with people and meeting the client where they are at in life.  Scott received his Master's degree in psychology from the University of MN, Duluth.  He is currently working on his licensure as a Professional Counselor.

Dana Osborne MA LICSW LPPC

Dana has been working in the field of mental health for over 25 years.  She has worked and trained in corrections, community mental health and private practice.  She has worked with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, personality disorders, sexual health, to name a few.  She has experience working with individuals, couples, and families.


She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).

Kristina Bailey, MS, LAMFT

Mental Health Therapist

Kristina has been working for the last 8 years as a Social Worker for Carlton County Health and Human services.  She has a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. 

She has experience working with adults and children.  She addresses depression, anxiety, grief and loss, behavioral issues, family and relational issues.

Nadja Bright, MS


Mental Health Therapist



Nadja has worked in the field providing therapy to children, specializing in working with children with Autism.  Currently she is enrolled in the Doctoral program at Augsburg University in Minneapolis. 


She is experienced and trained in administering psychological evaluations for adults and children, assessing for various issues including Psychological Issues, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cognitive Disorders, Developmental Disabilities, Dementia, Personality Disorders, Bipolar, Schizophrenia and Achievement Testing.

Nadja is currently in a Doctoral degree program at Augsburg University


Ryan Fechner

Ryan is currently enrolled in the Doctoral Program at Augsburg University. In the Fall of 2023, Ryan began as an Advanced Practicum student at our clinic, where he will be completing psychological evaluations.

These evaluations will assess for the following areas: diagnostic clarification, ADHD, Autism, Court ordered evals, cognitive issues, memory deficits, academic skills, personality disorders to name a few.  



Stephanie Rock

Stephanie is currently working on her Masters Degree in Mental Health.  She will begin her internship in April 2024.  More information about Stephanie to come.
